  • outdoor movie night | 8/30

    Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and join us for a fun evening under the stars! We’ll be showing "The Incredibles" at Otterbein Park (13375 Welty Road) and would love for you to invite your friends. It’s a great chance to relax, connect, and enjoy the last days of summer together. Make plans to attend Saturday, August 30.   • worship at the park | 8/31

    Otterbein Church is hosting a special Outdoor Worship Service at Otterbein Community Park (13375 Welty Road) on Sunday, August 31, at 10:00 a.m. Children and youth will worship with the adults during this combined service. Mark your calendar—we’d love to see you there!     PLEASE NOTE: There will be no services in the Worship Center on August 31. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move back to the Worship Center. Check otterbeinchurch.org or the OC App that morning for any updates.

  • biblical principles class begins 9/4

    Are you living the full life God wants for you—or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Join us as we explore what the Bible says about facing real-life struggles. You’ll discover practical, biblical solutions and learn how to experience the peace and joy God offers, even in difficult seasons. The class meets from 6:30–9:00 p.m. in the K5 Room, starting September 4 and running through November 25. Cost is $30. Click HERE for registration and more information. Questions?   • College Age | 9/7

    If you are a young adult (18-25) and want to connect with others your age and grow spiritually, join us on Sunday evenings. We connect each week over food, fellowship, and Bible study.   • Community Bible Study begins 9/9

    Community Bible Study will hold a 30-week, in-depth Bible study through the book of Psalms on Tuesday nights beginning September 9, 2025. Classes are offered for women, men, or co-ed. Children have their own programs.

  • christians in action begins 9/10

    Christians in Action (CIA) is a free weekly middle school program for students to discuss and explore God, the Bible, and the difficulties they face every day. Students are released from Waynesboro Middle School and transported to Jesus Alive Ministries. The students will be partnered with volunteers within the local community to learn in engaging ways about the Bible. The program begins September 10, 2025, and continues through April 29, 2026.   • Freedom Riders motorcycle group | 9/14

    Join a group from Otterbein Church for a group ride on Sunday, September 14. The group will leave from the Otterbein Church parking lot at 1:00 p.m. EVERYONE WHO RIDES IS WELCOME whether they attend Otterbein Church or not.   • celebration & vision fundraiser | 9/30

    The Connection's biennial Celebration and Vision Fundraiser is a very special evening where we celebrate how God has used The Connection to bless our ladies and the community. We will, also, talk about our vision for the future. All adults are invited – yes, even the men! Bring anyone that you would like to know more about how awesome our TC family is. Please preregister for this free event so that we have a headcount. Join us at Otterbein Community Center on September 30 at 6:45pm to mingle.
